Our Food & Nutrition team will be on the ground at Fi Europe 2026, Messe Frankfurt, 17 – 19 November. The conversations we expect, and the ones we are looking for: claim substantiation under the European regime, human study design for small effect sizes and high background variability, and how PHYGITAL-CROWD shortens the road to consumer-facing nutrition evidence by reaching the people who actually buy and use the product.
Nutrition evidence rarely fails for lack of ambition. It fails when the population does not match the claim, when the endpoint was chosen after the study rather than before it, or when recruitment through clinical sites reaches everyone except the intended consumer. Those are design and reach problems, and both are solvable earlier than most programmes attempt.
